Commercial Electrician Wanted – Facilities Maintenance Sector 🔧

Location: Various commercial sites - including High Wickham, Oxford, Buckinghamshire, St Albans, Maidenhead, Luton

Hours: 40-hour week + paid travel time

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic (OTE £50k - £60k with overtime)

Due to continued business growth and the successful acquisition of several high-profile contracts, our client is now seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician ideally with fire alarm knowledge to join their expanding team.

The Role

As a Commercial Electrician, you'll carry out maintenance and repair work across a variety of properties, including Hospitality, restaurants and entertainment venues. You'll be working independently for the most part, with occasional two‑person jobs.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in plumbing within the commercial sector
• Background in facilities maintenance is highly desirable
• FIRE ALARM experience and test & inspection advantageous
• Strong customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence required
• Electricians with commercial maintenance experience.

Salary & Benefits

• £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary
• Up to £50k - £60k with regular overtime (paid at time and a half or double time)
• 40-hour week + paid travel (approx. 45 hours inclusive)
