Electrician

South (Mobile)

£35,000-£45,000

Role and Responsibilities
  • Installing and maintaining electrical installation and equipment (single & three phase systems)
  • Repairing current using equipment and replacing malfunctioning components
  • Working in commercial and domestic environments
  • Assembling new electrical components and current using equipment
  • Interpreting electrical wiring diagrams
  • Work well both individually and as part of a team
  • Designing, installing small electrical installations
  • Testing newly installed electrical installations
  • Undertaking regular maintenance checks and inspections
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is ideal but not essential
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, Electrical Supervisor, or a similar position in the electrical industry
  • Certification in the completion of an electrical apprenticeship is essential
  • NVQ Level 3 in the electrical industry
  • Complete understanding of electrical practices, equipment, and materials
