• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent apprenticeship.

• Proven experience on commercial, luxury residential, or high-end hotel refurbishment projects.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work off own initiative with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute remedial electrical works across hotel rooms, corridors, and communal hospitality areas.
• Carry out distribution board upgrades, sub-main replacements, and power circuit installations.
• Install high-specification feature lighting, emergency lighting systems, and secondary power supplies.
• Work independently off technical drawings, containment layouts, and installation schedules.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, neatness, and compliance within a high-spec refurbishment environment.

Hours: 10-12 hours per day
