Job description

We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Electrician to join our Gasway team in Norfolk. You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical repairs and installations in both occupied and void properties. This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining high standards of service and safety. This role is a full time position, working 40 hrs Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm with 1 hr unpaid lunch.

Responsibilities
  • Perform efficient and high-quality electrical repairs and upgrades.
  • Carry out planned maintenance and installations, including kitchen and bathroom electrics.
  • Conduct fault finding, testing, and inspection of domestic dwellings.
  • Complete all relevant NICEIC paperwork.
  • Respond professionally to customer enquiries and liaise with our Operations Centre.
  • Mentor apprentices or trainees when required.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company‑issued devices in excellent condition.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Data Protection, and company policies.
  • Support continuous improvement and value‑for‑money initiatives.

Qualifications
