Applicants should have Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services, 18th Edition, and ideally 2391. A full UK driving licence is required for site travel and liaison with tenants and managers.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services - Electrical Installation (Building and Structures) or equivalent.
• 18th Edition electrical installed equipment knowledge.
• 2391 (preferred) electrical inspection and testing qualification.
• Proven experience as Electrician within the social housing sector is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and fault finding within occupied social housing properties
• Fault finding, testing, and remedial works
• Consumer unit replacements, rewires, lighting upgrades, and general electrical repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and health & safety standards
• Delivering excellent customer service to tenants and clients
• Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted
