Job summary

Yorkshire Housing is seeking qualified Electricians to join our team in Bradford. You will perform electrical repairs, testing, rewires and improvement works across homes in Yorkshire, in both occupied and empty properties. A strong focus on safety and quality is essential.

We offer on-call earnings, overtime opportunities, a company van and tools, generous holiday entitlement and pension contributions. DBS checks may be required, with on-site work across Yorkshire and no long-distance travel.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services
• City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
• AM2 Certification
• Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
• Testing of Electrical Installations Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving License

Responsibilities

• Electrical repairs and fault finding
• EICRs and remedial works
• Rewires (full and partial)
• Inspection, testing and certification
• Planned upgrades, including lighting and heating improvements
• Working in both occupied and empty homes
