Based in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire | Full-time, Permanent | Nationwide Travel Required

Are you an experienced Electrical Team Leader ready to take the next step in your career? We’re expanding our installations team and looking for skilled, motivated professionals to deliver high-quality LED lighting projects across the UK.

At CEMA Lighting, we’re passionate about helping businesses become more energy-efficient and sustainable. Based in the rural Lincolnshire town of Market Rasen, we design and install some of the most advanced commercial and industrial LED lighting systems on the market.

Our clients include leading brands such as McCain’s, Bosch, Caterpillar Inc, Panasonic, and Currys - and our projects span across the UK.

The Role

As an Electrical Team Leader, you’ll:

• Lead and oversee installation projects for industrial and commercial lighting systems nationwide.
• Coordinate daily tasks and manage your onsite team to deliver projects efficiently.
• Serve as the key point of contact between CEMA Lighting and our customers.
• Communicate regularly with the External Installations Manager to provide progress updates and request support where needed.
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism at all times.

This role requires regular travel and overnight stays, so flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential.

About You

You’re a qualified electrician who takes pride in your work, leads by example, and motivates others. You enjoy problem-solving, value teamwork, and don’t mind working away from home.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s experience as a qualified electrician (preferred)
• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Test & Inspect (advantageous but not essential)
• ECS, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, PASMA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
• Willingness to work nationwide
• Able to commute to Market Rasen on Mondays and Fridays
