Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Trainee Workshop Technician (Electrical) in Redditch. You will join a well-established company offering full training, long-term progression and an early finish every Friday. Salary £12.71-£13.50 per hour plus benefits and overtime.

You will gain hands-on experience fault-finding on electric motors and learn to estimate repair costs. In this workshop-based role, you’ll work Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM and Friday 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM.

Qualifications

• This role suits a Trainee Workshop Technician or someone from a production/manufacturing background seeking long-term engineering careers with strong training and development.

Responsibilities

• Fault find, inspect and repair electric motors.
• Produce technical reports and estimate repair costs.
• Receive full training on SAP, quotations and electrical repair techniques.
• Workshop-based role with an early finish every Friday.
