Job summary
Smart Energy Training is expanding its Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship programme and seeks an enthusiastic Electrical Tutor to deliver engaging training to electrical installation apprentices at our Cleckheaton site.
You will plan lessons, assess progress, and support learners through on-site visits while helping establish new workshops across locations as demand grows. This role offers progression as the programme expands.
Qualifications
- Delivering engaging, high-quality training to apprentices in electrical installation.
- Planning and delivering structured lessons aligned with qualification standards.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to ensure learners reach their full potential.
- Assessing apprentice progress in classroom and workplace settings.
- Carrying out on-site visits to review and assess apprentices in their place of work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training to electrical installation apprentices across sites.
- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with qualification standards.
- Assess progress and provide targeted support to learners.
- Conduct on-site reviews and workplace assessments.
- Maintain records of progress, attendance and outcomes.
- Collaborate with employers and internal teams to support learner success.
