Job summary

Accelerated People Management is seeking an Electrical Tester in Portsmouth to carry out electrical compliance testing and remedial work. You will perform around 3–4 EICRs daily, travel between sites using company van and equipment, and identify faults and hazards.

The role requires City & Guilds Level 3, 18th Edition, and 2391-52 testing/inspection experience, plus a full UK driving license and your own tools. Training and progression opportunities are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 electrical certification.
• 18th Edition and 2391-52 testing and inspection.
• At least 2 years' EICRs experience; ability to perform remedial works and maintenance; drive to sites; own tools.

As a Tester, your responsibilities will include:

• Complete electrical compliance testing
• Undertake remedial electrical works after testing.

The successful Tester should have:

• City and guilds Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391- 52 testing and inspection
• Experience conducting EICRS for a minimum of 2 years
• Competent in completing remedial works and maintenance
• Full UK driving license, own tools and tester.
