Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold relevant certifications and have experience in domestic properties. This role offers stable work with long-term contracts and requires a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience working in occupied domestic properties, ideally within social housing.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Full UK driving licence preferred if role requires travel.

• Conduct EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) across domestic social housing properties
• Perform fault finding, testing, inspection, and remedial works as required
• Complete certification and paperwork to a high standard
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with current regulations and health & safety standards

Qualifications

• 2391 / 2394/5 Inspection & Testing certification
• Gold JIB Card
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
• Proven experience working in occupied domestic properties, ideally within social housing
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Full UK driving licence (preferred if role requires travel)
