Overview

BMSL Bristol are recruiting for one of the UK's largest electrical contractors to increase its workforce by offering enhanced rates of pay on a long term project. The role is based on an 11 day fortnight on a facility near Reading.

Job Details

We are recruiting for qualified electrical testers to work on a large prestigious contract carrying out commissioning testing and associated works.

You will be required to undertake a security clearance, which will include but not limited to a criminal record check together with a drugs and alcohol test.

You MUST have valid ECS/JIB Gold Card, 2391 or Level 3 in Electrical Installation testing and be able to complete security vetting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commissioning testing and associated works as part of a large contract.
• Ensure work complies with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with site and project teams to support testing activities.

Rates of Pay and Hours

11 Day fortnight i.e. work 11 days then have a 3 day weekend, you would finish on a Thursday, returning to site on Monday morning.

Site Bonus at average of £100 per week; Lodge will be paid at £70.00 per night (taxable). Travel time & Periodic Fare will also be paid based on your location.

Remuneration

• Basic Rate (First 37.5 hours Mon - Fri) – £21.91 + £3.08 Holiday Pay
• Overtime 1 (Over 37.5 hours Mon - Fri & First 6 Saturday) – £32.87 + £4.61 Holiday Pay
• Overtime 2 (Over 6 Saturday and All day Sunday) – £43.82 + £6.15 Holiday Pay
