The position requires fault-finding across diverse housing stock and adherence to current regulations, using all issued tools and equipment appropriately. This is an on-site assignment subject to ongoing staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• To undertake all work to the required standard in accordance with current regulations following manufacturer's instructions.
• To carry out diagnostic fault finding on a range of installations across a diverse housing stock.
• To utilise all tools, accessories and equipment issued in an appropriate manner.
