  • Liaise with OEMs and external contractors for spare parts, service, and technical advice
  • Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and drive reliability engineering practices
  • Identify and support training opportunities within the team, especially for new technologies (e.g., PLCs, servo systems)

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing, FMCG, or similar high‑paced industrial environment
  • Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills, particularly on automated production equipment
  • Working knowledge of PLC systems, ideally Siemens S7 and/or Allen‑Bradley
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Experience using maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP) to record, track, and close work orders

  • Knowledge of electrical safety regulations, including isolation procedures and permit‑to‑work systems
  • A proactive, safety‑first approach to working in compliance with all site policies and procedures
Desirable
  • Hands‑on experience with servo‑driven equipment and/or high‑speed packaging lines

  • Basic understanding of microbiology, hygiene practices, or quality control processes relevant to food and beverage production
