Job summary

Elastic Ltd in Hounslow is looking for an Electrical Technician – Deputy Team Leader to step up into leadership or for a current Team Leader seeking a new challenge. You will mentor technicians, support daily operations, read schematics, and help drive production quality and improvements.

The role requires hands-on electrical manufacturing experience, strong organisation, and clear communication to manage the team and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Electrical or electromechanical manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience or readiness to step up.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of the Electrical Manufacturing team.
• Allocate work and help meet production deadlines.

• Assist with electrical assembly, testing and inspection.
• Depose for the Production Manager when required.

We're recruiting for a Deputy Team Leader to join a growing engineering manufacturer in Hounslow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on Electrical or Electromechanical Technician ready to take the next step into leadership, or an existing Team Leader looking for a new challenge.

What you'll be doing:

• Allocating work and helping to meet production deadlines
