Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Survey Engineer to provide electrical survey and technical support across water and wastewater assets within the @One Alliance.

Based in Peterborough with hybrid working, you will carry out surveys, prepare reports, assess asset condition and support project development with safe, compliant solutions. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar electrical engineering or survey role.
• BS7671 18th Edition qualification.
• CSCS Electrical Supervisor Card.
• Knowledge of WIMES and ability to read electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical surveys, inspections and investigations across operational sites.
• Produce survey reports, schedules, data sheets, engineering calculations and technical documentation.
• Assess the condition, capacity, suitability and compliance of existing electrical assets and infrastructure.
• Identify operational, safety and asset risks and recommend appropriate solutions and improvements.
• Support project teams during feasibility, optioneering and project development stages.
• Assist with developing project scopes, engineering briefs and technical solutions.
• Review electrical documentation and verify accuracy against site conditions.
• Work closely with suppliers and support technical bid evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, project teams and operational stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
