Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor Engineer to safely deliver electrical installations across water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the UK. You will supervise electrical construction, testing and commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Must have significant UK water and wastewater sector experience, with the ability to coordinate contractors and multidisciplinary teams, review designs, and oversee LV/HV systems and control

Qualifications

• Qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience supervising electrical works in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, commissioning and fault-finding.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Understanding of electrical safety, isolation and permit-to-work procedures.
• Experience managing contractors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Support inspections, testing, energisation, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Review project documentation including drawings, schedules, RAMS, test certificates and as-built records.

About the Role

Amentum is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor Engineer to support the safe and efficient delivery of electrical installations across water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for supervising electrical construction, testing and commissioning activities, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality and technical compliance.

Must have significant experience within the UK water and wastewater sector.

Essential Requirements
