They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-performing team on a landmark project. Key Responsibilities of Electrical Supervisor
  • Oversee all on-site electrical operations, ensuring work is completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with project timelines.
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of electrical subcontractors and direct labour teams.
  • Enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of working safely in live environments, ensuring uninterrupted operation of client systems during construction.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures, while fostering productive relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
Electrical Supervisor Requirements
  • Experienced tradesperson with 5 to 10 years overseeing large installation teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficient in working with both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Competent in using relevant software and digital systems to support project delivery.
