Job summary

STAL is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical installation activities on site and guide site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently. You will work across multiple regional projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication and a proactive focus on health and safety, with willingness to travel and stay away from home as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong electrical background in industrial, utilities or construction environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and quality.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical installation and site teams to deliver projects safely and to the highest standards.
• Direct subcontractors and coordinate with site work across multiple regions.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Model proactive safety behaviour and drive quality on every task.

Electrical Supervisor - Join the STAL Team

Due to continued growth, STAL is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team.

We have roles in the following regions.

• Yorkshire Water
• Severn Trent Water
• Northumberland Water
• Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water
• United Utilities

This is a hands‑on role where you'll lead by example, supervising electrical installation and working alongside site teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
• Strong electrical background, ideally within industrial, utilities or construction environments
• Valid CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
• A strong commitment to health, safety and quality
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
