Job description

As the subject matter expert for electrical services, you'll support the Mechanical & Electrical Manager in the successful and compliant delivery of the organisation's electrical work with responsibility for electrical safety, fire alarm and detection systems, PAT compliance and communication between the organisation and the NICEIC.

You ll supervise a team of Electrical Technicians providing coaching, mentoring, support and operating as Qualified Supervisor.

• You ll be a fully qualified electrician with experience of a wide range of domestic electrical work.
• You ll have experience of carrying out the Qualified Supervisor role with the NICEIC or equivalent scheme provider.
• You ll have previous experience of supervising operatives in a repairs environment with the ability to coach and mentor colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.
• You'll have a full driving licence and vehcile insured for business use.
