A national facilities management client is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the electrical team in maintaining and repairing various electrical and mechanical equipment in retail outlets. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while managing performance against KPIs. This role offers a salary of approximately £45,443.78 per annum, alongside benefits such as a company vehicle and healthcare, working 40 hours a week with one week of standby every four weeks.

Job Title : Electrical Supervisor - Retail Supermarkets

Location : Covering Manchester

Salary : £45,443.78 per annum + £1,500.00 bonus £1,500.00 bonus

Benefits : Fully expensed company vehicle, Strong Pension, BUPA Healthcare, 33 days holidays (inclusive of bank holidays)

Hours : 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Standby : 1 week in every 4 weeks

We are advertising this Electrical Supervisor role on behalf of a national facilities management client, seeking an experienced individual to lead the electrical team.

Job Description -

  • To maintain and repair a range of electrical, mechanical plant and equipment within retail outlets for a key national customer in a cost effective and efficient way.
  • Comply with company health and safety policies and procedures. Undertaking regular planned store visits, completing PPM tasks and minor repairs as requested by the customer.
  • Work will include multi-skill elements including basic plumbing, joinery and building repairs as well as core electrical tasks.
  • Ensure under performance on KPI’s is understood and action plans are in place to drive improvement
  • Support the Divisional Account Manager on all technical / electrical issues
  • Complete specified reports and compliance documentation and act on any issues raised
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process of vacancies
