Echo House Ltd., a leader in luxury retail displays and experiential activations, is seeking an Experienced Electrical Supervisor / Lead Electrician to head our electrical team in workshop and on-site projects across the UK and internationally.

You will oversee electrical builds, mentor technicians, manage 240V and low‑voltage systems, ensure safety and BS7671 compliance, and collaborate with project teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Formación

• Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
• Experience leading electrical teams in retail fit-out, exhibitions, or live events.
• Strong knowledge of 240V and low-voltage electrical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical technicians and installers.
• Build, test, commission, and install 240V and low-voltage systems.
• Work with LED lighting, DMX controls and power distribution.
• Conduct fault finding, testing, inspection, and PAT testing.
• Ensure compliance with BS7671, Electricity at Work Regulations, and Health & Safety legislation.

At Echo House, we create award-winning luxury retail displays, experiential activations, exhibitions, pop-ups, and immersive brand experiences for some of the world's leading brands. We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Lead Electrician to lead our electrical team and deliver innovative projects both in the workshop and on-site across the UK and internationally.

The Role

You will oversee all electrical aspects of our builds, from LED-lit retail displays and interactive installations to large-scale experiential activations. Combining hands-on electrical expertise with team leadership, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the exceptional standards Echo House is known for.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of electrical technicians and installers.
• Building, testing, commissioning, and installing 240V and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Working with LED lighting, DMX controls, power distribution, sensors, and interactive technologies.
• Conducting fault finding, testing, inspection, and PAT testing.
• Ensuring compliance with BS7671, Electricity at Work Regulations, and Health & Safety legislation.
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Designers, Fabricators, and Installation Teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

What We're Looking For
