Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a major 77MW renewable energy project in Lincolnshire. You'll work in a two-person site supervision team, overseeing electrical works on site.

You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, coordinate subcontractors and site teams, and liaise with project management. Travel to other company projects will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising electrical works on construction/energy projects.
• Strong electrical installation knowledge.
• Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
• Good understanding of UK electrical and HSE standards.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a major 77MW renewable energy project in Lincolnshire. You will work as part of a two-person site supervision team, overseeing electrical works and ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation and construction activities on site
• Coordinate and oversee electrical subcontractors and site teams
• Monitor progress against programme and report on site activities
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Maintain strong HSE compliance across electrical works
• Assist with inspections, testing, snagging, and project handover
• Liaise with project management, engineering teams, and contractors

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising electrical works on construction, energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects
• Strong electrical installation and site knowledge
• Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
• Good understanding of UK electrical and HSE standards
• Renewable energy experience is advantageous but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel to other company projects when required
