Electrical Supervisor

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Ford Ranger + Progression + Pension + Holiday + Benefits. Office based in Fleet – 1–2 days a week in office.

Nationwide travel with occasional overnight stays.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Quality Supervisor to join a thriving and rapidly expanding Electrical Contractor. The company specialises in installing electrical systems in car parks and supermarkets, including EV charging infrastructure, lighting and main supply installations.

Key responsibilities include supervising and inspecting electrical installation works, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. You will conduct regular audits, review testing results, maintain accurate documentation and support site teams to deliver defect‑free installations that meet client expectations.

The role

• Supervising electrical installation works on commercial projects
• Inception and testing of projects
• Quality checking of projects and ensuring works are compliant with regulations
• Working closely with clients, engineers and project teams to deliver exceptional standards

The person

• Electrical Supervisor, Manager or Quality Inspector
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installation projects
• 18th Edition and/or NVQ level 3 and SMSTS
• Willing to travel to projects nationwide, with occasional overnight stays
• Looking to take on a key long‑term position with progression
