The Role

The Electrical Supervisor will take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day electrical installation works on a live hospital project. This includes managing labour and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications, maintaining high standards of quality, and promoting a safe working environment at all times.

Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, the Electrical Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this critical healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and commissioning activities on site.
• Manage direct labour and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company procedures.
• Carry out quality checks, inspections, and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, client, and other stakeholders to address and resolve technical or programme issues.
• Promote and uphold the company's values of safety, quality, and professionalism on site.
