Overview

Electrical Supervisor - Lead with Impact, Drive Excellence. Location: Corsham. Contract Type: Full-Time.


What You'll Be Doing


  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality services.

  • Ensure all work meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost-effectively.

  • Provide accurate reporting and play a key role in supporting audits across quality, health & safety, environment, and finance.


What We're Looking For


  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing operational spend.

  • Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Confidence in handling escalations, driving continuous improvement, and promoting QHSE best practices.

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

  • Electrical Installation Apprenticeship (Level 3)

  • Experience in a technical estates or facilities management environment

  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience
