Job summary

Ecruit is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a well-established business working across the M5 corridor, from Bristol to Exeter. This is a hands-on role supervising electrical installation and maintenance on site.

The role offers a 45-hour week, 25 days holiday, company vehicle and progression opportunities. You will need ECS card, SSSTS and a full UK driving licence, plus strong fault-finding and testing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising electrical work and supporting site teams
  • Completing electrical installation and maintenance work
  • Installing control panels, instrumentation and containment systems
  • Installing power and lighting circuits
  • Testing, fault finding and repairing electrical equipment
  • Working on both new and existing assets
  • Carrying out general maintenance inspections
  • Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Communicating with clients, contractors and colleagues on site

Electrical Supervisor - £19.00 to £20.50 per hour, depending on experience Bridgwater

The role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a well-established and supportive business working across the M5 corridor, from Bristol to Exeter.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are likely to feel the same. You will work on a range of projects within the water industry, supervising and completing electrical installation and maintenance work on site.

Projects will involve instrumentation, control panels, power circuits, lighting circuits and containment systems. You will have the freedom to work independently while still being part of a close-knit team that supports one another and takes pride in delivering quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Supervising electrical work and supporting site teams
  • Completing electrical installation and maintenance work
  • Installing control panels, instrumentation and containment systems
  • Installing power and lighting circuits
  • Testing, fault finding and repairing electrical equipment

The person

You will need:

  • A valid ECS card

  • A practical, reliable and safety-focused approach
  • Ideally, a home location between Bristol and Exeter
