Job summary

United Living Group in Basildon is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee domestic projects. You will supervise electricians and subcontractors, check certificates, and ensure compliance with Building Control and GDPR.

The role requires hands-on site work, reporting for clients, and supporting junior colleagues. A UK driving licence and relevant electrical qualifications are essential, with travel to sites as needed. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• ECS or CSCS card is essential for site access and compliance.
• BS7671:2018 knowledge and qualifications are required.
• 2391/2394/2395 inspections and testing qualifications are expected.
• Asbestos Awareness training is preferred.
• Full, clean UK driving licence is required.

What You\'ll Do :

What We\'re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor
• Knowledge of legislation, procedures, reporting, and KPIs
• Strong communication skills to present and explain technical topics
• Competent in MS Office 365 and certification software (e.g., EasyCert/Click)
• Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility regarding travel and extended hours when required

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) or CSCS card
• 2382-18 Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018
• Level 3 Inspection & Testing qualification - 2391, 2394/2395 or equivalent
• Asbestos Awareness
• Full, clean UK driving licence

Desirable, But Not Essential

• Degree-level education or equivalent
• Relevant professional qualifications
