Overview

We are currently recruiting for experienced Electrical Site Supervisors to join a high-profile data centre project based in Slough. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work from the start of the project through to completion, with further ongoing projects lined up thereafter.

Key Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: May 2026
• Hours: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday available)
• Rates:
• Standard hours paid at £33 P/H
• Mon-Fri over 50 hours £49.50 P/H
• Sat paid £49.50 P/H
• Sunday £57.75 P/H
• Bank Hol £66 P/H

Responsibilities

• Supervising 1st fix and 2nd fix works on a high-end Data Centre project
• Overseeing trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
• Ensuring health & safety compliance on-site
• Liaising with project managers and reporting progress
• Managing materials and coordinating schedules

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor on Data Centre fit-out projects
• Experience with basket tray
• Experience with conduit
• Experience with lighting
• Snagging
• Able to use Field View or online snagging platform
• Able to supervise teams of up to 20 operatives
• Strong knowledge of 1st and 2nd fix processes
• SSSTS
• Valid CSCS card
• First Aid at Work (preferred)
• IPAF
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Working Times

• Mon-Thur 07:00am-18:00pm
• Fri 07:00am-17:30pm
• Sat 07:30am-17:00pm
• Sun 07:30am-16:00pm
• Weekends by approval only
