Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor for a major UK infrastructure project at a 400kV Substation in Norfolk. The role involves supervising electrical activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates must have specific qualifications including National Grid Competent Person status and at least 5 years of T&D experience. This is a site-based, Monday to Friday role with some national travel required.

Qualifications

  • National Grid Competent Person (NSI 6 & 8) required.
  • SMSTS / SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely certification needed.
  • CSCS or CCNSG Safety Passport is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in T&D, preferably with National Grid.
  • Proven experience in electrical supervision is needed.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

Essential Requirements

Details

Site-based role, Monday-Friday, 10-hour days (occasional weekends)
