Job Description

In this role, you would be responsible for managing all site elements of the project for King & Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.

Responsibilities
  • On site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
  • Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
  • On site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour
  • Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
  • Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Execution of commissioning and close out plan
  • Ensure close out of snag lists.
  • Deliver on labour tracker.
  • Manage relevant external correspondence.
  • Order all day-to-day site materials.
  • Update appropriate information to progress report.
  • Maintaining K&M Document Management System
  • Project specific scheduling.
  • Communicate changes to Project team.
  • Project quality reporting and monitoring.
  • Oversee testing certification and handover.
  • Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Electrician
  • Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role
  • Experience of managing and leading teams
  • Project Management experience beneficial
  • Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Up to date manual handling & safe pass
