Job description
Overview

Electrical Shift Engineer - Wembley - £47,000 + Overtime. Location: Wembley. Shift Pattern: 4 ON, 4 OFF (Days & Nights).

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily electrical PPM and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Respond to emergency callouts efficiently and in line with company standards.
  • Carry out all electrical work including lighting, wiring, alarm systems, BMS, and more.
  • Handle minor plumbing duties, such as toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems) and perform fault-finding tasks.
  • Work with BMS head-end controls and HVAC plant, including VAV/VRV systems.
  • Manage water treatment tasks and maintain high standards across all technical services.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in building services maintenance.
  • Proven knowledge and experience working with electrical systems, HVAC, and BMS controls.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and developing professionally.
