A major FM service provider in central London is seeking a Multi-skilled Shift Engineer to perform planned preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis on various electrical and mechanical systems. This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 plus overtime, with a 4 on 4 off days and nights schedule. Suitable candidates will have NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 electrical installations and hold the 17th or 18th Edition certification. Opportunities for further training and progression are included.

I'm helping a major FM service provider find a shift engineer on a large contract in central London.
£50,000 + overtime (flexible with experience)

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Carry out scheduled maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and HVAC equipment.
Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to high standards and in compliance with regulations.
Fault Diagnosis and Repair
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical faults on a variety of systems, including control panels, motors, pumps, and BMS.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, minimising downtime and ensuring equipment is back in service as quickly as possible.
Electrical Installations and Upgrades
Carry out electrical installations, modifications, and upgrades as required, adhering to relevant regulations and standards (BS7671).
