Are you a skilled Electrical Shift Engineer ready for your next challenge? My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented engineer to join their maintenance team at a multi-tenanted commercial building in EC2, City of London.

This role offers a 4on 4off Days Only shift pattern, providing excellent work-life balance and a competitive salary of up to £47,000. You'll play a key role in maintaining electrical systems and equipment, while also liaising directly with landlord services to ensure smooth building operations and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, resolving issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce risk of failure.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments and landlord services to address electrical concerns and support operational efficiency.
• Support system upgrades and improvements.
• Deliver both PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Operate within a multi-tenanted building, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and maintaining high service standards.
