Job description
Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical building services plant. Work on systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, HVAC controls, pumps, and general plant room equipment. Support with fault finding, repairs, and maintenance to ensure compliance and minimal downtime. Maintain accurate records of all works carried out and ensure health & safety standards are adhered to. Collaborate with the wider engineering team to deliver a high level of service to building occupants and management.

What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within a commercial building or critical environment.
  • Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent).
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (essential).
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services systems and controls.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
