Job summary

Elite Hire Solutions is seeking an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, family-run contractor in Wolverhampton. You’ll manage commercial aspects of electrical packages across UK projects up to £5m, from pre-construction through final account, balancing budgets with delivery teams.

The role offers progression from Assistant to Senior, with a supportive team and exposure to high-value, technically demanding projects.

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical / Building Services Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in commercial or industrial projects preferred.
• Open to Assistant, Intermediate, or Senior level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of electrical projects from award to final account.
• Preparing and managing valuations, variations, and cost reports.
• Subcontractor procurement, payments, and account management.
• Cost forecasting and cash flow management.
• Supporting tendering and pre-construction where required.
• Working closely with Contracts Managers and Project Teams.
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets.
