Job summary

A leading engineering firm is recruiting for an Electrical Inspector in Bolton for a 12-month contract. This role requires a formal technical apprenticeship and experience as a skilled person. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality and certifying products. The position offers an hourly rate starting at £28.35, rising to £29.70 after 12 weeks. Applicants must have IPC 610 & IPC 620 certification and should provide evidence of their formal apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE A FORMAL APPRENTICESHIP AND EVIDENCE.
• IPC 610 & IPC 620 certification preferred.
• Several years' experience as a skilled person is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving quality of deliverable hardware.
• Certification of product in line with processes.
• Inspect for physical damage and ensure compliance.
