Overview
The role of an Electrical Supervisor is a key position responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of electrical infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, manage teams of electricians and subcontractors, and ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations, project deadlines, and company standards.

- Generally, the above hours will be flexible in line with the needs of the business. We operate a fair working policy, but if any extended overtime is worked by agreement with your line manager, then overtime payment will be applicable.
Key Requirements
- Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification
- 18th Edition Certificate
- AM2S Certificate
- Testing & Inspection 2391 Certificate
- Valid ECS Card (in date)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- Thorough knowledge of electrical safety procedures, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
- Commitment to completing internal training and continuous development

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of electrical operatives, including subcontractors.
- Raise and issue permits as required and ensure all necessary documentation is in place before work commences.
- Complete electrical site safety reports prior to the start of works.
- Champion safe working practices and ensure electrical safety rules are followed by all operatives.
- Ensure NICEIC certificates are fully completed and issued for sign-off.
- Report daily to the relevant Project Manager on site progress and performance.
- Inspect and assess works throughout the project lifecycle, including at completion.
- Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Provide technical support and advice to site operatives when faced with challenges.
- Visit sites to measure up and coordinate material orders.
- Hold regular toolbox talks and promote best practices in safety and quality.
- Develop and maintain an accurate materials list and report requirements to the relevant project lead for ordering.
