Electrical Project Manager – M&E Contractor – Walsall, West Midlands (Midlands-based projects) | £65,000 + package | Education, Healthcare & Commercial Projects

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly respected M&E Contractor based in Walsall, is seeking a motivated and proven leader to manage major electrical projects across the Midlands region. With an excellent pipeline of work in education, healthcare, and commercial sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business offering genuine long-term career progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical delivery on projects across education, commercial, and healthcare sectors
• Manage project programmes, budgets, labour, and supply chain
• Oversee health & safety compliance on all sites
• Produce and manage project reports, technical submissions, and O&M manuals
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
• Ensure installations comply with BS7671 and other relevant regulations
• Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting to senior management

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience delivering commercial electrical projects £1m+ in value
• Background in education, healthcare, or large commercial schemes
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and compliance
• Excellent project management skills – programming, budgeting, and reporting
• Qualified to HNC / HND / Degree level in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• SMSTS / SSSTS and ECS/CSCS card desirable
• Full UK driving licence
