Role Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to project manage various electrical contracts around the United Kingdom from Scotland to Southampton. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing end‑user client relationships, supervising subcontract teams, and ensuring financial budget compliance to deliver value for money.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple electrical projects across the UK, ensuring on‑time delivery.
  • Lead the entire contract lifecycle and maintain ongoing relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Supervise subcontract teams and delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Maintain financial budget supervision and cost‑effectiveness of projects.
  • Review design drawings, cable schedules, and circuit designs.
  • Complete tendering processes and provide project reports to clients and directors.
  • Provide training and development for staff and sub‑contractors.
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance at all project sites.
  • Travel to UK sites (maximum 2 days per site).
  • Prepare project reports and monitor key performance indicators.
Person Specification
  • Experience as a Project Manager of installations and refits of commercial properties.
