Electrical Project Manager

Location: Hinkley Point C, near Bristol

Salary: £70,000+ per annum + Car Allowance

Contract Type: Permanent

Work Pattern: 5-day week or 9-day fortnight (flexible options)

About the Role

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical engineering activities across the project. The role requires strong collaboration, attention to safety and quality, and the ability to deliver on time and within budget. You will be expected to manage the broader impacts of the programme while building effective working relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from concept to handover
  • Manage cost, schedule, quality, and safety performance
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional project management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ or equivalent)
  • Proven track record in delivering engineering projects in complex and regulated environments
  • Experience in the nuclear sector or similar high-assurance industry is
