A leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks the solid appointment of an experienced and commercially talented Electrical Project Manager from an M&E / Building Services electrical installation project management background to join their exciting planned growth and continued success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the electrical installations into new build industrial sheds for warehousing, distribution, military, and manufacturing sectors.
• Work on projects including office blocks and data centres, with a focus on commercial and industrial schemes.
• Coordinate with main contractors and organise collaboration with other specialist electrical engineers to undertake elements of these installs.
• Lead site-based teams, including Site Managers, Supervisors and electrical installation engineers, in collaboration with a Senior Project Manager.
• Represent the company in client meetings, maintain professionalism, and demonstrate integrity in all interactions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience from an M&E / Building Services background, with direct project management and delivery experience of electrical installations and related services in commercial and industrial environments.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering schemes of the size described (ideally up to £20M+).
• Ability to work in a role based or commutable to the Birmingham / West Midlands area.
• Experience dealing with main contractors is highly desirable.
