Responsibilities

• Manage electrical installations into new build industrial facilities for warehousing and distribution, military and manufacturing sectors.
• Work on projects such as office blocks and data centres where applicable.
• Lead and deliver projects from an M&E / Building Services electrical installation background, with a focus on commercial and industrial schemes.
• Coordinate with main contractors and organise collaboration with other specialist electrical engineers to undertake elements of these installs.
• Maintain client-facing communications, attend meetings, and present with professionalism.
• Liaise with site teams including Site Managers, Supervisors, and electrical installation engineers, alongside a Senior Project Manager.
• Ensure projects are commercially minded and delivered to required standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical installations on projects up to £20M+ (candidates with different exposure may be considered).
• Background in M&E / Building Services electrical installation project management.
• Based or commutable to Birmingham / West Midlands area.
• Proven track record delivering schemes in commercial and industrial environments.
• Experience working with main contractors and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
