This company has seen consistent growth year-on-year, delivering projects directly for end-user clients across commercial, data centre, and specialist sectors. The Role
  • Managing a data centre project based in Hemel Hempstead.
  • Reporting to the Project Lead on site.
  • Overseeing Busbar replacements, Switch Panel upgrades, UPS upgrades, and containment installations.
  • Working closely with site teams and clients to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
  • Use of management software systems such as Procore or similar is essential.
  • Long-term role with future project opportunities following completion.
Salary & Package
  • £70,000 - £80,000 + £5,000 travel allowance
  • 2x bonus schemes: Company bonus (first £3,500 tax-free) & Project-based bonus (per project completed)
