Overview

Client: My client have been trading for almost 40 years and have a very strong client base. Much of their work is design and build office, restaurant and high end residential fit out. Other work includes traditional tender and build projects. They have a bullet proof bank sheet, own their own offices and a sensible, but ambitious view on growth of the business, the company now turnover in excess of £10m. Within the office there is a real family feel with the directors leading from the front by being in the office and out on site. Having recently secured a number of projects they are now looking to recruit for their operations team.

Role: Electrical Project Manager - £70,000 - £80,000 + Quarterly Productivity Bonus (based on a% of individual & entire department job profits), own Car with mileage allowance for work related journeys.

Working closely with our clients, our existing lively and motivated office team, subcontractors, and suppliers and our Contracts Directors, he / she will price and manage projects, usually from cradle to grave, from preconstruction to commissioning, handover and final account, including all H & S supervision and paper work. Ensuring that it is driven to provide the best value solutions, and delivered on time and within budget and to the clients\' complete satisfaction.
