• Minimum NVQ L4 in a construction related topic or 5 years equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of how construction/refurbishment/conservation projects are delivered.
• Ability to manage external consultants and contractors.

• Secure stakeholder sign-off and manage business cases.
• Administer contracts and lead safety audits.
