Job summary

United Infrastructure in Basildon is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of contracts, lead site teams and ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to the required quality.

You will manage site operations, monitor KPIs, coordinate with the QS team for cost control and maintain strong client relationships on multiple contracts in the Basildon area.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical/construction projects and contract management.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of contracts, leading Site Managers and trainees.
• Ensure Health & Safety, SHEQ and RAMS compliance across sites.
• Develop and manage project programmes and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor contract requirements, materials, workmanship and standards.
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyor to monitor costs and profitability.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for clients and management.
