Salary: £50,000.00 - £62,000.00 dependent on experience + 17% car allowance + potential, discretionary 12% annual bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 flexible days on top of 25-day holiday entitlement + 2 paid volunteering days + other fantastic benefits!

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Electrical Project Engineering Manager to join our team at the Dalston Factory in Cumbria. This role will play a key part in the delivery of upcoming capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects on site as we continue our improvement plans.
Nestlé Dalston Factory in Cumbria is the European Centre for cappuccino and creamers producing a range of beverage products. These are produced through a highly automated PLC‑controlled process plant and automated filling and packing lines. It is continually developing and expanding leading brands such as Nescafé, Aero Hot Chocolate and Coffee‑mate. The factory is moving forward with continuous improvement principles and actively developing Lean / TPM processes so it is an exciting time to be involved.
The ideal candidate will already be an experienced project engineer, preferably within a manufacturing / FMCG environment.
You will be qualified to at least an NVQ level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent electrical qualification. It is essential for this role that you are an electrically biased engineer.
