Qualifications

• Experience in front-end engineering and project scoping for water/wastewater projects.
• Knowledge of LV distribution, switchgear and electrical installations relevant to water sites.
• Ability to prepare feasibility studies and option reports for project decisions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical site surveys and asset condition assessments.
• Develop project scopes and electrical engineering solutions.
• Produce feasibility studies and option reports.
• Define equipment replacements and upgrade strategies.
• Support design teams with practical engineering input during pre-construction.
• Prepare budgets, estimates and technical scopes for tender.
• Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams pre-construction.
• Provide technical support during construction, testing and commissioning.
• Liaise with water company clients, operations teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure solutions comply with client standards and current regulations.
