Job summary

Time Recruitment is supporting a Manchester client seeking an Electrical Project Manager / Contracts Manager to lead electrical projects from design through delivery. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, review electrical designs and drawings, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and report on budgets and timelines while maintaining strong client communication.

The role requires 3-5 years' experience and is based in Manchester with temp-to-perm

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Electrical Project Management or Contracts Management.
• Strong background in electrical design and technical drawings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Based in or commutable to Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Produce, review, and amend electrical designs and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure health & safety compliance.
